Thank you for visiting Baturi Local Miners. We provide every customer with a refund, return, and/or exchange policy on everything we sell. If for any reason you have an issue with your order, please give us a call. We will always do our best to accommodate you!
RETURN OF ORDERS
Your satisfaction is guaranteed on orders placed at Baturi Local Miners. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you have within 3 business days after receipt of shipment to notify our customer service team of your dissatisfaction.
If an exchange is requested, we reserve the right to send an acceptable replacement or refund your money if an acceptable replacement is not available. The items must be returned as they were sent to you in the original packaging and original condition. Due to insurance restrictions, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning any items for refund or exchange. We will cover the cost to ship the exchanged product back to you. The decision to refund or replace your item will be at the sole discretion of Baturi Local Miners.
Returned orders are subject to a 5% restocking fee or up to $500, whichever is higher. All returned items could also be subject to market loss based on Baturi Local Miner’s sole discretion.
Please note, due to the cost of International shipping, Baturi Local Miners will handle the International requests on a case-by-case basis.
